Karen, You will not be forgotten! From teaching us science to becoming a wonderful mentor.. Camp committee as well as time spent at camp were some of the best highlights of my time in high school. Lifelong friendships were brought out of these experiences that your ingenious and creative mind designed. On top of this, we were coached to learn so many valuable life lessons that live on in how we teach, parent, lead and grow still today. You had us learning the whole time, but we were having so much fun that it didn’t feel like lesson learning at all at the time. Thank you for the beautiful memories! I was telling my 4 kids all about these, with many laughs and a couple of tears along the way. The impact you made on not only my generation, but the future generations who benefit from the loving and fun, sound leadership you taught us, is immeasurable.
